Sumter, SC-  The Varsity girls team picked up its first win of the season last night against Lee Central behind a monster night from senior Lashala Harvin.  Harvin scored a game high 26 points for the Gators and Stevye Sinkler added 8.  The first half and most of the third quarter was a back and forth affair.  The Lee Central Stallions jumped out to an early 7-0 lead, but the Gators would come roaring back to tighten the contest at the half before starting to pull away in the third and fourth quarters.  The Lady Gators will be back in action Friday night as they host the Sumter High School Gamecocks starting at 6:00.
